Seeking Certified EMDR therapists who integrate IFS and want to work in 90+ minute sessions - Great Pay, Autonomy, and Learning Community!
We are seeking Certified EMDR therapists who are ifs-informed to join our team.
Ideally this candidate will be licensed in DC, MD, VA, and PA (other states welcomed) in private practice or working another part-time position seeking to add at least 6-8 private pay clients a week.
We also welcome therapists moving from a generalist group seeking a specialized group practice or therapists moving from private practice back into a group practice. For those who are transitioning from insurance based practices, please note there is usually a 6-9 month transition to a full-time private pay caseload.

You are EMDRIA Certified and you are trained in IFS through the IFS Institute or have formal training in IFS-Informed EMDR.
You are passionate and skilled at using IFS + EMDR in your clinical work.

You are cross-trained in IFS, IFS-Informed EMDR, or Ego States.
You are a self-starter who wants flexibility and autonomy while not having to do the backend operations of a business.
You want to have choice about when and how you work with clients.
We have a current need for fully licensed therapists who are EMDRIA Certified and are licensed in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania (elsewhere a plus).
This position is W-2 or W-9 (contractor) and part-time (8 hr weekly minimum) with the possibility to work into full-time or start full-time if you are bringing clients with you into the practice. Here we consider full-time 16 completed clinical hours per week averaged quarterly. This usually equates to about 18-20 scheduled client hours per week.
Please note you have the flexibility to work above the minimums to meet your financial needs and to offer sessions 90-minutes or more to meet the needs of your clients - both at your discretion.
In this role, you will:
Conduct therapy using EMDR and other somatic modalities.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.
Maintain diligent records and adhere to industry regulations.
Contribute to, and receive the benefit from, a vibrant learning community through peer consultation and ongoing training.
Help clients heal from the effects of traumatic events, growing up in systems riddled with dysfunction, and generational trauma.
Have flexibility to do meaningful clinical work from anywhere and in extended sessions.
Learn to build or leverage your professional referral network.
For Part-Time/Full-Time W-2 employees we provide:
$600-$1200/yr for continuing education
Hourly rate ranges $80-$130 (based on experience and certifications)
4 weeks of Earned PTO

$350 Annual License Renewal Reimbursement - FT only
For W-9 Contractors, we provide:
60/40 split (rates typically $129-$141) but can go up depending on expertise and skill

100% Telehealth with the option of providing in-person intensives if willing to travel to Chester County, PA
Individual and group consultation optionally available 1-2x a month.
