I know what it’s like to feel “lost in the sauce” whether that means you’re new to EMDR, experienced but navigating complex cases, or you are a private practice therapist trying to figure out how to move from where you are to where you want to be. I am dedicated to empowering therapists like you to do the work you love - because when we are doing work we love, it helps our clients heal more effectively too.

  • -CONSULTATION-

    Complex Case Consultation: I offer consultation on case conceptualization and creative attachment, nervous system attuned approaches to combine with EMDR. Bring the cases you feel the most stuck with and leave with options that are practical and effective.

    EMDRIA Certification Consultation: As an EMDRIA Consultant in Training (CIT), I offer individual and group consultation for therapists who want to work toward EMDRIA Certification. If you are looking for an EMDR Certification group, I’ll work with you to find a day and time that works best for you.

    I currently offer a reduced rate for those working toward EMDR Certification.

    Getting Started with EMDR: I also work with therapists who are newly out of basic training who aren’t ready for certification consultation but want help getting started after basic training to incorporate EMDR or IFS-Informed EMDR into their trauma practice.

    Private Practice and Intensive Consultant: I work with therapists who want to develop their practice around offering EMDR in a way that works for them. Often many therapists, reach out to me because they want to design their own EMDR intensive practice.

    I won’t hand you “the way” to do things but I will explore what you want to offer and help you develop it from structure, operations, pricing, scheduling, assessment, and follow-up.

    I will also offer my experience, learnings, and mistakes but we will focus mostly on the intensive of your dreams because what works best for you may be totally different than what works for me.

    Intensives for therapists:

    If you are a therapists interested in offering EMDR intensives, I always recommend you do your own EMDR intensive, whether with me or someone else to get started. If you want to do consultation with me instead of your own Intensive, I’m happy to offer my consulting clients referrals to other great intensive providers.

  • I collaborate closely with referring therapists. You’ll be involved in the process both before and after the intensive, and I provide a treatment summary and collaboration call after the intensive to help you support your client after their intensive.

  • Private Practice & Intensives Consultation and Complex Case Consultation (not eligible for EMDR Certification):

    $200/hr

    EMDRIA Certification Consultation Individual Sessions:

    Pack of 10 hours: $1,250

    Pack of 20 hours: $2,375

    Create your own EMDRIA certification group (2-4 people):

    Pack of 10 hours: $750/person

    Pack of 20 hours: $1,425/person

    *Please note I am a consultant in training (CIT) and only 15 of your 20 certification hours can be done with me at this time.
