How I Can Support You
IFS Informed-EMDR Intensives
If you’ve tried therapy, gained insight and some healing, but still feel stuck, EMDR Intensives may be the next step in your healing journey.
Unlike weekly or biweekly sessions, EMDR intensives allow you to spend focused time with me creating the safety and depth needed for lasting transformation. I offer intensives to help you process trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship wounds, depression, avoidance, and the impacts of generational and cultural trauma.
EMDR Intensives are not just for trauma though. EMDR can also help improve performance!
Many of my clients seek EMDR Intensives with me because I bring an unique integrative approach to intensive therapy. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, who is also Certified in IFS-Informed EMDR, and Imago Relationship Therapy, I combine evidence-based methods like EMDR with Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal theory, Attachment, and somatic practices, so you can move beyond intellectual understanding into embodied healing.
Whether you’ve already tried EMDR or IFS before, or are new to these modalities, my role is to help you release what keeps you stuck and reconnect with resilience, clarity, and freedom.
Consultation Support For Therapists
In addition to working with clients, I also support therapists through EMDR consultation, intensives consultation, and business coaching. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training, I offer guidance, clinical reasoning, and mentorship for therapists working toward certification or incorporating EMDR into their trauma-informed practice. For those wanting to integrate intensives into their work, I provide consultation on developing an intensive structure that works for you and the intensive clinical application from consultation through follow-up. My goal is to help both clients and therapists deepen their capacity for healing and transformation.

I grew up in a shore town of New Jersey where I faced a great deal of adversity and trauma. I struggled to enter a world I wasn’t prepared for in my late teens and early 20’s. Because of untreated trauma and undiagnosed neurodiversity, I took a non-traditional route through undergraduate and graduate school. I graduated from undergraduate at Temple University in 2013 and University of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Social Work in 2015.
For over 20 years, I’ve been walking my own healing path, beginning as a client in traditional talk therapy. While talk therapy gave me insight, I eventually realized that thinking my way through challenges wasn’t enough—my body, emotions, and deeper self still felt stuck. Discovering EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal theory, and relational healing practices transformed not only my own life but also how I now support my clients.
I have learned healing happens not just through insight, but through the body, nervous system, and relationships. I use a compassionate, collaborative approach that honors your pace, your history, and your strengths.
I also believe identity and lived experience matter in the therapy room. I am a white, cisgender, queer, lesbian who is momentarily able-bodied, neurodivergent (highly sensitive/ADHD), and someone who has healed—and continues to heal—from trauma, generational dysfunction, and oppressive systems. My lived experience, including 12-step recovery, deeply informs how I hold space for others.
Today, my work is about helping others move beyond intellectual insight into embodied healing and lasting transformation.

I work with motivated adults who are ready to go deeper and therapists who are interested in incorporating EMDR, IFS, and Intensives into their own practice and healing.
Many of my clients have been in therapy before and still feel stuck in old patterns, grief, or trauma. Others are working with an EMDR or IFS therapist and want a series of longer sessions to tackle a big target.
I especially support people navigating:
Complex trauma and attachment wounds
Generational or cultural trauma
Masking burnout because of unhealed trauma or undiagnosed/late-diagnosed neurodiversity
Life transitions, grief, loss, and identity shifts
Therapists, healers, and caregivers seeking their own intensives
Most of my intensive clients have an EMDR therapist to return to. If you don’t, no problem; I am a EMDR Consultant in Training and I can help connect you with great provider.

Learn More About EMDR Intensives
-
An EMDR Intensive is a highly focused therapy experience with extended daily sessions of 3–6 treatment hours. Most intensives are 1-4 days. Unlike weekly therapy, which often gets interrupted by life in between sessions, intensives create the time and space for deeper healing to unfold more quickly.
-
Intensives are ideal for people who:
Are currently working with an EMDR or IFS therapist but feel stuck
Want to create the time and space to address a specific target or goal
Are navigating grief, relational loss, betrayal, or childhood wounds
Want relief and results faster than traditional weekly or biweekly therapy offers
Desire a therapist who is flexible, attuned, and skilled at guiding deep healing
-
Yes. In addition to individual intensives, I work with couples who have done couples therapy previously and want to heal relational wounds, improve communication, and reconnect with each other in a longer session format.
I integrate EMDR, IFS, and Imago Relationship Therapy to help couples move beyond cycles of conflict, deepen understanding, and build a more secure, compassionate bond.
Couples intensives can be especially helpful if you’ve felt stuck in traditional weekly therapy or want a focused, transformative experience together.
-
The beauty of my approach and the power of IFS-Informed EMDR is that I work with many issues including but not limited to:
Trauma of many kinds — generational trauma, childhood neglect or abuse, spiritual abuse, cultural/family dynamics, and the impacts of oppressive systems.
Relationship challenges
Anxiety
Depression
Performance enhancement
OCD
Phobias
Recent Events
My work integrates EMDR, IFS, attachment, somatic regulation, and spiritual exploration.

Intensives are powerful — and yes, intense — but they are always tailored to what feels safe and manageable for you. We build in assessment, preparation, resourcing, and grounding so you’re supported every step of the way. I collaborate closely with primary therapists, so you’ll also be supported to continue integrating the work after your intensive.
-
99% of my intensive clients have a primary therapist, preferably an EMDR therapist, they can return to after the intensive. This ensures you have ongoing support to continue integrating the changes from our work together. If you don’t have a therapist, I am a consultant for other EMDR therapists and I can help connect you with a trusted provider.

Therapists & Health Professionals FAQ
-
-DO YOUR OWN INTENSIVE-
Many therapists seek me out for their own intensive work, and I love supporting healers in their own healing.
Doing your own intensive can deepen your self-understanding, expand the ways you show up for your clients and your personal life, AND it’s the best way to move toward doing your own intensives in your practice.
I always recommend if you are a therapist wanting to offer intensives come do your own intensive whether with me or someone else to get started!
-CONSULTATION-
As an EMDRIA Consultant in Training, I work with therapists who want to work toward EMDRIA Certification and who want to incorporate EMDR or IFS-Informed EMDR into their trauma practice.
As Business and Practice Consultant, I work with therapists who want to develop their own intensive practice. Regardless of whether you are brand new at intensives or wanting to improve your intensive offering, I can work with you on intensive structures, operations, pricing, and the clinical application from assessment to follow-up.
-
I collaborate closely with referring therapists. You’ll be involved in the process both before and after the intensive, and I provide a treatment summary and collaboration call after the intensive to help you support your client after their intensive.
