Fall 2025 EMDR Consultation Groups for Therapists: A Safe Space to Learn, Explore, and Grow
Therapists deserve the same kind of holding and attuned support we offer our clients—especially when we’re learning, stretching our skill set, and sitting with the discomfort of “not yet knowing.”
That’s the heart of my EMDR consultation groups: safe sandboxes where you can deepen your confidence, explore the edges of your clinical understanding, and feel resourced in the process.
Whether you’re newly trained or deepening your practice with complex trauma cases, these Fall 2025 consultation groups are designed to meet you where you are and support your growth in a way that honors all parts of you—the clinician, the learner, the protector, and the human.
✨ EMDR Consultation Group: Beginner
Fridays | 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. EST | Starts September 5, 2025
Dates: 9/5, 10/3, 11/7, 12/5, 1/2
This group is for therapists who have completed EMDRIA-approved basic training and are looking to deepen their understanding of the EMDR Basic Protocol and begin working toward EMDRIA Certification.
Together, we’ll review foundational protocol elements while making space for real-world nuance—adjusting for overactivation or underactivation, and lightly weaving in IFS, polyvagal theory, and attachment principles.
Each session includes:
A short didactic portion to strengthen core protocol knowledge
Case presentations from two group members each month
Collaborative dialogue to build clarity and confidence
Whether you’re refining the basics or taking your first steps into more adaptive case conceptualization, this group is a safe, supportive space to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow in community.
Cost: $135/month or $600/series (when paid in full in advance)
Runs September 2025 through January 2026
Commitment required for all 5 months
🌿 EMDR Consultation Group: Intermediate
Fridays | 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. EST | Starts October 10, 2025
Dates: 10/10, 11/14, 12/12, 1/9, 2/13
This group is for therapists who have completed an EMDRIA approved basic training and who have been actively using EMDR for at least one year and are ready to deepen their skillset working with complex trauma presentations, dissociation, and parts work.
We’ll explore:
Advanced case conceptualization using an IFS-informed lens
Polyvagal-informed EMDR strategies
Working with protective parts and navigating client readiness
Creative interweaves and attachment-focused modifications
Each 90-minute session features two case presentations, followed by a collaborative discussion designed to support both presenter and group. You’ll leave each session with tangible ideas and increased confidence for applying EMDR with your most stuck or sensitive cases.
Cost: $115/month or $550/series (when paid in full)
Runs October through February
Commitment required for all 5 months
*If you wish to use this intermediate group toward certification, an individual consultation session is required - please discuss this with me during your consultation.
🌱 A Safe Space for Therapist Parts, Too
In both groups, my goal is to co-create a space where vulnerability is respected, curiosity is welcomed, and the learning process is honored as part of the journey toward competence and confidence.
I know how tender it can feel to bring your work forward—especially in the earlier stages of EMDR integration. That’s why these groups are intentionally structured as nonjudgmental, collegial spaces where we can all stay connected to our “Self energy” as therapists and learners.
Your parts are welcome here. All of your questions are valid. Your exploration and learning is the goal.

A free consultation is the next step to enroll in either group. This gives us a chance to make sure the group is a good fit and answer any questions you may have before committing.
